leadership and increase the positive impact of change across your business.
About this event
Change is all around us. Some leaders are continuing to help their teams adapt to new ways of working post-pandemic. Others are navigating people towards new areas of focus as the industry responds to technology advances and the latest audience trends. While others must maintain motivation and morale during challenging financial times. Almost all leaders need to be engaging their teams in the everyday changes that support effective performance, continuous improvement, and growth. All kinds of change require great leaders for positive impact.
This session explores how to successfully lead people through any change. With a focus on the psychology of change, participants will discover how to enhance their change leadership impact by challenging existing habits, developing new behaviours, and boosting their emotional intelligence skills.
Who is this event for?
Are you leading significant new initiatives in the hospitality, food and beverage industries? Facing the challenge of evolving an organisation to meet the demands of a new era? Would you benefit from dedicated time to develop your change leadership capability?
We understand through our work with companies in both sectors that the hospitality, food and beverage industries face common change challenges today. This session is an opportunity to come together and collaborate on how best to lead change and effectively engage people on the change journey.
Places are limited to 15 participants per workshop. The workshop lasts 3-hours and participants are invited to attend a networking breakfast before the event begins.
Why attend this workshop?
An invaluable opportunity to network and learn alongside other change leaders in your industry, our Leading Change open workshop provides space to step back and consider how you are leading change personally and as a business.
This session will provide an in-depth introduction to the four core components of Changing Point’s Universal Change Leadership Model: Vision, Innovation, Climate and Momentum.
Participants will also be invited to complete a mini change leadership assessment in advance of the workshop to identify strengths to build on and specific opportunities for personal development.
Using interactive exercises and relatable case studies, we’ll provide you with practical, psychology-led advice that you can implement at an individual and organisational level.
