After the change and uncertainty brought by initial Covid-19 lockdowns in the UK, a key priority for our business was to bring teams together remotely to support employee engagement, wellbeing and continued development. We engaged Changing Point to deliver a programme of virtual workshops using Insights Discovery, with a focus on enhancing self-awareness and understanding of others. The Turner Group chose Changing Point to run a development programme for their Directors because of the emphasis they placed on the importance of each individual’s leadership style on the culture of the business. Six months on from completion, the feedback from attendees is that awareness of their own leadership styles has lead to significant improvements in the way they lead and manage their teams. They apply the thinking process and problem solving strategies learned on the programme on a regular basis almost intuitively, and they have also coached their managers on the application of these processes and strategies, so that the whole team has benefited from the Changing Point programme.
